With over 20 years of experience and a quality guarantee, I offer the following services:

• My business is partly based on the principles of the 5S methodology, ensuring an organised workplace, transparent processes and fully traceable workflows.
Thanks to documented work processes, every project completed and every technology applied since the foundation of CSKpolir in 2016 can be traced back. This makes it possible to reproduce previous processes and results whenever similar work is required.
Production capacity can be reserved in two different ways

• Precision hand polishing down to a 1/4 micron mirror finish, delivering the highest quality for the plastics processing industry.
Creating New Mould Surfaces – PDF Presentation
• Surface finishing, technical polishing, maintenance and repair services for plastic and aluminium injection moulds and extrusion tooling (all non-manual machining operations are carried out by trusted partners).
• Minor insert fitting and spotting using engineer's blue, without the need for a press.
Surface Repair – PDF Presentation
• Collection and delivery by car at reasonable cost for components that can be handled manually – for your convenience.
• Repair and precision polishing of other metal objects, including decorative items, machine components and similar parts.
• Using my DINO-Lite digital microscope, I keep you continuously informed throughout the project, ensuring that every detail meets your exact requirements.
• Equipped with premium German and Japanese tools (Jutz, Ramseier, Novapax, JO/KE), including linear, cross-hatch, ultrasonic, rotary and custom-made solutions, I strive to provide a comprehensive service that meets even the most demanding requirements.

Prices, Quotations and Guarantee

• Collection and delivery: HUF 110 per kilometre.
• FREE for orders exceeding EUR 2,000 (two occasions per order).

To request a quotation, please provide the following information:
• A 3D model (e.g. in ".stp" format), technical drawing or photographs.
• Material grade and machining method.
• Initial (e.g. VDI) and required surface finish (e.g. micron or Ra).
• If no surface finish has been specified, I will be pleased to help you select the most suitable finish for your product.

• All information provided will be treated confidentially and will only be disclosed to third parties at your explicit request. Privacy Policy.

Invoicing and Guarantee
• Please note that all invoices are issued with a payment term of 14 calendar days. By placing an order, you accept that in the event of late payment, I reserve the right to limit or refuse the complimentary follow-up, corrective and guarantee services that I voluntarily provide.
• If the completed work differs from the agreed specification or contains a workmanship defect, I undertake to correct it under the above conditions, provided that the invoice has been paid in full and the claim is submitted no later than 30 calendar days after completion of the order.
• The guarantee does not cover normal wear resulting from intended use, or damage and defects caused by improper use, storage or transportation.
